We need a manufacturer to make our pillow. Maybe that’s YOU
We are making a new side sleeping pillow and we are searching for a manufacturing partner.
It will be an injection mold product using foam
that helps to regulate body temperature and
has the right density to support the body and
take pressure off of the shoulder and arm.

Inventor & Founder Tom Archer is a bodywork therapist with over a decade of experience helping clients move and feel better.
His current business Full Body Function serves the
greater Charlotte, NC area. He has an active social
media presence on Instagram @BodyworkerTom.
Every year, he puts hundreds of people on their
side during therapy sessions — and he’s seen a consistent pattern: most people are deeply
uncomfortable side sleeping.
Whether it’s shoulder compression, poor spinal
alignment, or awkward head positioning, side
sleepers often suffer — and no product on the
market has truly solved the problem. So, Tom designed one that does.
He founded The Right Side of Sleep to bring this
patent-pending pillow system to life — and now
he’s looking for skilled manufacturing partners to help scale production.
This isn’t a design from a lab. It’s the result of years of hands-on experience with real bodies, real sleep struggles, and a real desire to solve a problem.
